Shipping & Delivery

At Nabimix, we make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. We ship with DHL and PostNL, two of the most reliable carriers in the Netherlands and Europe.

Delivery Time

Letterbox package : Order before 17:00 (Mon–Fri) → shipped the same day.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Parcel delivery (larger orders): Order before 22:00 (Mon–Fri) → shipped the same day.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days within the Netherlands, 2–4 business days in Belgium.

Note: PostNL does not deliver letterbox packages on Mondays. If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days, please contact us at info@nabimix.com so we can assist you.

Shipping Methods

Letterbox package: Your order will be packed in a flat box that fits through most mailboxes (minimum size: 26.5 cm x 3.2 cm).

Parcel delivery: If your order is too large for a letterbox, it will be delivered as a standard parcel. If you’re not home, PostNL may deliver it to your neighbors or to a nearby PostNL pickup point.
