When you order something from Nabimix, you naturally want your data to be handled with care.
We'd want that too. That's why we do everything we can to keep your private data truly private, as required by the Dutch Data Protection Authority (CBP).
To ensure your purchases go smoothly, we do need some information from you.
Nabimix stores your personal information in a secure database. And it stays there. We don't share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.
We need this information from you:
First and last name
Because it is useful for us to know who is ordering.
Address and place of residence
So that we can deliver your order to the right place.
Phone number:
So we can reach you if something goes wrong with your delivery, for example. We also want to call some of you to ask what you think of our products and service, so we can improve them where necessary.
Email address:
You'll receive an order confirmation email. We'll also send you an email when you create an account, change your account information, or update your order.
You'll also receive general Nabimix emails, if you've given permission. Don't want to receive them? You can unsubscribe via customer service or the link at the bottom of the newsletter itself.
Company name
If you order as a company, we will also store your company name.
Payment information:
We send your credit card information, bank account number, or PayPal details directly to the party that processes payments for us (Mollie for iDeal, and PayPal or credit card) in a secure environment, without us seeing this information. Mollie sends your encrypted information to the bank, which then reports whether the payment was successful.
If there's a problem with the product or delivery, we'll ask for your payment details again. This way, we can refund your payment.
Delivery:
We work with a logistics partner for delivery. The granola and other products we make are stored there after packaging. When you order from us, we send your order details to that partner via an API (a technical link between two systems). This includes your delivery address, the time of order, your email address, and, of course, what you ordered. If you order as a company, we also share your company name. Our shipping partner uses this information to prepare your order. They also share your address and email address with the carriers (PostNL, DHL, Bpost) so they know where to deliver your package and can keep you updated on the delivery status. Naturally, these partners also treat your information confidentially. The carriers also send us information about your order, such as the time it was shipped and a track & trace link if applicable. We can then share this information with you so we can keep you well-informed about the status of your delivery.
IP address
We use your IP address to remember your preferences and to provide you with the best possible advice.
Your account
contains your personal information: your name, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, and login details. This is convenient, as it means you don't have to re-enter them every time. We also store information about your previous orders. This allows us to help you more quickly and efficiently.
Personalized advice:
When you visit our site, like us on Facebook or follow us on Instagram, or order something from us, we remember your preferences and actions as much as possible so we can tailor our services to your needs. Want to change or delete your personal information from our system? No problem! You can contact us by email or through the contact page on our website. Please note: once you've placed an order, it's unfortunately not possible to change the name on the invoice afterward.
Customer history:
You can email us your questions via the contact form or simply email us at Info@nabimix.com. You can also ask us questions via Facebook and Instagram. As our company grows, we plan to add chat and phone contact options. To ensure you don't have to tell your story twice, we remember your history. To improve our service every day, we analyze your contact moments. If you call us, we may record the conversation for training purposes. We will, of course, let you know in advance.
Newsletters
Where possible, we tailor the content of our newsletters to your orders, ensuring they're as relevant as possible. Would you rather not receive newsletters anymore? Unsubscribing is easy: contact customer service or use the link at the bottom of the email itself.
Reviews
You can help other customers by leaving a review of your product. We keep track of which reviews you write and how they are rated.
If you participate in an Nabimix promotion, we need your name and email address to contact you if you win. To send you your prize, we also need your address and city. We also use this information to analyze promotions so we can continuously improve them .
Improving our service:
We use your data to analyze what can be improved. Sometimes we contact you for customer research, for example, after a test period. We may also contact you to participate in our test panel. Sometimes a third party assists us with conducting research. In that case, they also adhere to the privacy regulations.
