How does "Mix My Own Granola" work?
You begin by selecting one of our six specialized mix types (e.g., Keto, Vegan, Classic). This gives you a nutritionally balanced foundation. You then customize the recipe by adding or removing ingredients from the available list. Your mix is then hand weighed and freshly prepared just for you.
Can I choose a mix that is completely blank?
We start with a foundation (our default recipes) to ensure your mix has the best texture and structure (clusters, chewiness, etc.). This also helps guarantee the accuracy of your custom nutrition label. You are, however, free to remove most items and build your own unique blend from there!
What is the typical batch size?
All our custom mixes are prepared in 350g or 700g batches. This ensures ultimate freshness and allows us to focus on the precision of every single custom order.
Section 2: Dietary & Safety (Trust & Compliance)

How do you ensure your Keto and 0 Sugar mixes are compliant?
We strictly exclude all grains and added sweeteners (honey, maple syrup, brown sugar) from our Keto mixes. Our 0 Sugar mixes rely only on the natural sugars found in the chosen fruits. We use specialized natural binding agents and only include ingredients suitable for that specific dietary category.
Is your Gluten-Free mix safe for celiacs?
Yes, we take specialized, rigorous precautions for every Gluten-Free order. Our recipes contain no gluten-containing grains (Oats, Spelt, or Barley) and we use certified Gluten-Free Flour as our binding agent.
Inside our kitchen, we guarantee virtually zero chance of cross-contamination by adhering to a strict hygiene protocol: cleaning and sanitizing all equipment after every batch, and utilizing fresh gloves for dedicated GF preparation.
However, we cannot offer a 100% guarantee. Since all nuts and seeds are internationally sourced, we cannot verify the contamination protocols of our suppliers' facilities. We must raise the alarm that there is a minimal risk of trace gluten from the raw ingredients' processing journey.
We do everything within our control to minimize this risk, but customers with severe Celiac Disease should acknowledge this external risk factor when ordering.
How do you handle allergens like peanuts and tree nuts?
Our facility handles all major allergens, including peanuts and tree nuts. While we clean rigorously between batches and use separate storage, we must advise that cross-contamination is possible. All allergens are clearly listed on your personalized nutrition label.
Are your ingredients organic?
Our primary focus is on natural (no chemical additives) and biological (high-quality) sourcing. While we strive to use biological/organic ingredients where available, some specialty items may not carry organic certification. We are always transparent about our sourcing partners.
Why is the nutritional information different for every batch?
Because your mix is custom, we professionally calculate the exact nutrition facts based on the precise weight of every single ingredient you choose. This information is printed directly on your bag, guaranteeing transparency and accuracy for your personal mix.
How should I store my granola and muesli?
For maximum freshness, store your mix in its airtight NABIMIX packaging or transfer it to another airtight container. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How long does the mix stay fresh?
Because we only bake/mix your order after you place it, our mixes typically have a shelf life of 6 to 8 weeks when stored properly. The recommended "Best By" date is clearly marked on your bag.
Section 4: Delivery and Shipping (Product Quality)

When will my custom mix ship?
Since every batch is mixed to order, we need a little time! Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of placement. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your label is created.
What are your shipping costs and options?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your location. We offer both Standard and Express shipping options.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the Netherlands and all over Europe. If you are outside this area, please contact us via email for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.
